Physical Description Theodore was always a larger guy, through grade school and even the academy. He had boyish looks and his haircut was always business like and clean. He was definitely healthy but maybe just a tiny bit chubby, though his uniform did a decent job of hiding this fact. Either way, until you get to know him, he is definitely an imposing person on first meetings.

Personality & Traits

General Overview Theodore is a bit of a nerd in all honesty. He excelled in the academy in subjects like history, music and was renowned amongst his classmates for his aim and his capabilities in a fighter cockpit. As he graduated though, he knew he had to behave himself and work his way up the crew ladder so to speak. While he may know his stuff in certain situations, he always shows respect to those above him.
Strengths & Weaknesses His strengths would be his knowledge and his USUALLY cool demeanor.

His biggest weaknesses would be if you call him "Teddy" which spins him up like a top, and his other biggest weakness is...women
Ambitions Being a history buff in the academy, Theodore found great joy in reading about Captain James Kirk and his missions/exploits during his career. These readings inspired many a successful paper or project and led him to desire to one day sit in the center seat of a ship of his own, granted he also would love to find a derelict in space and rebuild/take command of it but that's just a pipe dream.
Hobbies & Interests Studying ship schematics
Imagining himself in the chair of a classic design (NX-01 Refit for example)
Listening to big band swing music
Building replica ship models

Personal History Theodore David Treadagar IV was born in Columbus, Ohio in 2368. His father and mother were and still are professors at Ohio State University, teaching History and a special course on Starship Hull Geometry. With parents always having to compare notes since they helped each other with class assignments, Theodore was constantly immersed into aspects of Starfleet. That wasn’t his only exposure to Starfleet though. His great grandfather was a starship captain. Captain Theodore Treadagar was a well respected and well known captain of the U.S.S. Cygnus and at the age of 4, Theodore IV found a trunk with his great grandfather’s monster maroon uniform in it, as well as log tapes and a few medals. Theodore’s curiosity and imagination were sparked and for the next 13 years, he would devote himself to studying about Starfleet and preparing for the academy. Upon entering the academy, Theodore made himself a promise: To become a starship captain like his great grandfather and leave a legacy of honor. His classes were difficult but manageable and all through his academy career, he had two personal heroes to follow, driving him to become an officer: His great grandfather and the legendary James T. Kirk. His history skills never failed him and he developed an aptitude for being a more than capable shot, both with hand held and ship weapons. He didn’t have many friends though in the academy as trying to talk to him was like listening to an audio recording of the classic encyclopedia britanica. Four years after entering the academy saw Theodore graduate as an ensign but it would be another three years of just floating around and waiting for an assignment before he would finally be assigned to the U.S.S. Gladiator…
