Mission Summary

Pre-Mission Scenario

After the final attack on the rogue underground agency called the C.O.I.L., the Gladiator and several Phantom Task Force ships and crew are lost but in the end, they find a win by crippling the agency. There were several lives lost, but many were saved at the great works of the senior staff. Still, many well loved and trusted members lost their lives that day. The battle had been in a bid to rescue Commander Kavi who had been their captive for ten months.

Following the battle, Captain David Hawkins and the remaining crew of the Gladiator find themselves returned to the home base in the neutral zone between Romulan Star Empire and the Federation space. The joint base, code named Memphis Island, is ran by Starfleet personnel with the joint effort of the Romulan civilian government and military agencies, in a scientific and defensive effort for the surrounding sectors, and a helping hand to the Romulan people.

Plot:

After waking up from his medically induced coma, David awakes vaguely talking about what he thought was the future and them barely surviving. Once he comes to, he is told the reason for his medically induced coma and the attack by his loyal assistant, Emmah. Once Emmah’s creator, Lt. Commander ch’Koro, is brought back to active duty, he starts his own investigation into her program and mobile Emitter technology. He takes the position of defending Emmahs innocence, despite the evidence otherwise.

Meanwhile, on the verge of christening the newly built Gladiator-A, Sovereign class, the Commander Kavi leads an investigation to find the truth, all the while remembering how Emmahs brother once turned on Kavi. She is convinced Emmah has turned and must be destroyed, ch’Koro stands strongly otherwise. Through interviews with the crew Kavi must prove her case, using the recent observations of Emmah from the crew to determine what happened, and why Emmah attempted to kill Hawkins.

Will Emmah be found the victim or perpetrator? Can her innocence be proven before starfleet shuts her down, turning off her light….
